HWASUN GROUPS INTRODUCTION
Hwasun Grpus was established by Board Director Mr.Huang
Chorng-Perng in November 1953. It was typical Taiwanese
medium business, at the beginning performing general
construcion projects and construction related contracts.
With the pragmatic. Honest and trustworthy conceps,
Hwasun Groups surpassed other similar enterprises and
gained impacable and sustained reputation over the pass.
In 1980's, grovernment propelled many important public
construction projects, and there were many tecgnological

public projects, including bridges, tunels, schools, hospitals, and
the rebuilding of military dependents' villages, etc. Expecially in
Second Northern Freeway and Second Southern Freeway,
Hwasun applied Advancing Shoring Method for Construction to
them. It has not only improved the quality of constructions, but also
shortened the constructing time. Hwasun won the commendation from
Taiwan Area National Expressway Engineering Bureau, and has
established a new model to be followed .
