建築事業處 　　從成立至今共有全球鳳凰城、全球大富貴、全球御 花園、全球綠雅圖、全球家ＯＫ等３０多個個案，四五 千戶之成功案例。現並有淡水、蘆洲、桃園、汐止等地 區多處個案，正在興建大樓、別墅產品。而籌備中的個 案仍以大台北地區為主，繼續為大台北都會區的更新及 發展，貢獻我們的努力。 多角化經營 　　剛誕生不久的投資管理處與事業開發處，即是為了 多角化經營而成立。其中投資管理處投資管理國內外各 項投資事業如麗嬰房、遠東銀行、三商人壽、普騰電子 、保固建設第二十餘種投資標的物；而事業開發處則是 以尋覓商機、研究分析、發掘新趨勢，進而投資具有發 展潛力及經濟價值的產業或新產品。 Diversified Business We have set up and Investement management and Business Development department for the sole puropse of diversifying our company's asset. Our investments include Liz House, the Far Eastern bank, Mercuries Insurance, Proton Electon and Pao Ku Construction. There are now a total of over twenty investment categories, meeting our diversification goals. Our business development department's goal is aimed at exploring new opportunities and conducting research for new products and/or business strategies.

The Construction 　Department 　There have been more 　than thirty projects 　finished and 4500 　homes successfully 　sold.
