"Chuan Chyou Construction Group" was funded in 1985 by President Lee Lung Kuang, Vice President Chen Pi Che along with several other shareholders, in order to give the public a company with a consistent track record and impression. All of the shareholders within the group have between twenty to thirty years of investment experience each. Our company's promise to the public can be stated as 'Provide us your total trust, and we will give you the best'. This promise has been fulfilled many, many times over as seen by the comfortable and quality living space we provide. Our products have earned much respect and praise not only from our customers but by others in our industry. As the economy of Taiwan prospers, customers demand more variety and higher standards. This is also the direction of the company management. In 1995, we reorganized the company as "Chuan Chyou Group" The company still holds its strong original beliefs of sincerity, stability and practicality, but has also abopted new healthy attitudes to meet competition and challenge.
